CANCELLATION & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Some items in our store, including our Bison Organ Blend, may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy lays out the terms for changing or canceling these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of our Bison Organ products. These are based on the frequency you select: 24-day, 48-day, or 96-day cycles.

  • Payment: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery on the scheduled billing date unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

  • How to Cancel: You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account via our website or using the "Manage Subscription" link found in your initial order confirmation email.

  • Cancellation Deadline: IMPORTANT: To avoid being charged for your next delivery, you must cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Policy on Processed Orders: As per our Terms of Sale, we do not cancel subscription orders once they have been placed or renewed. If you do not cancel prior to your billing date, the order will be shipped, and we will not issue a refund or accept a return on that renewal order.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available.

  • Payment: We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the remaining balance at a future date.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. Please see our Refund Policy for details on returns for first-time orders.

Try Before You Buy

When you select a "Try Before You Buy" option, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.

  • Decision Period: You will have a specific amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • Charging: Once the trial period has passed, if you have not initiated a return (subject to our return eligibility rules), we will automatically charge your payment method for the full amount.
