RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our "First Order" Guarantee

At Bison Organic, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. To allow you to try our Bison Organ Blend risk-free, we offer a 30-day return policy on your initial (first) order. Please Note: * Returns are only eligible on your first purchase from Bison Organic.

  • Subscription renewals (your 2nd order onwards) are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you wish to stop receiving orders, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return on your first order, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unopened and Unused: For health and safety reasons, the safety seal must be intact and the packaging must be unopened.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original container.

  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or order number provided at checkout.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@bisonorganic.com.

  2. Receive Your Label: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and specific instructions. Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  3. Ship Your Item To:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@bisonorganic.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Products: We cannot accept returns for jars that have been opened or had the safety seal broken.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Duplicate Orders: Bison Organic is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To qualify for this right, the product must remain sealed and unopened due to health and hygiene standards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@bisonorganic.com.
